Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Veni Veda, every product is carefully prepared and packed with great attention to quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of our herbal and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at venivedaroots@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all Veni Veda products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Herbal and personal care products

  • Opened or used products

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for delivered orders. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where an order cannot be fulfilled by us or where required by applicable law.
