VENI VEDA - SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Veni Veda! We work hard to ensure your herbal products are packed carefully and dispatched promptly. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or the phone number provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes depend entirely on your location and the courier service available.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the courier partner. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Veni Veda is not responsible for any customs, duties, or local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages, Title, and Risk of Loss

In accordance with Section 5 of our Terms of Service, once Veni Veda transfers your package to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss passes entirely to you.

  • Veni Veda is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit.

  • If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost by the courier, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Strict No-Return & Refusal of Delivery Policy

Because our products are consumable, hygienic, and perishable herbal formulations, we maintain a strict No-Return, No-Refund, and No-Exchange Policy.

  • Once an item leaves our facility and is processed by the carrier, the sale is final.

  • If a package is rejected or refused at the time of delivery by the customer, the carrier will return it to us, but no refund will be issued.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Veni Veda is not responsible for non-delivery or delivery to wrong addresses if the shipping information provided during the checkout process was incorrect or incomplete. Please review your shipping details thoroughly before finalizing your order.
